Pine Tree Commercial Signs Two Leases for Hamilton Place in Auburn, Alabama

AUBURN, Alabama (September 24, 2013) – Northbrook, Ill.-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC recently announced the execution of two new leases for Hamilton Place Shopping Center located at Moores Mill Road and Hamilton Road in Auburn, Alabama. Toomer’s Coffee Company and Auburn Rays will each occupy 1,400 square feet in the Publix-anchored shopping center.

“These two small-shop tenants are a great addition to the shopping center,” says Pine Tree Senior Director of Leasing Tim Roe. “They both bring new services for our existing customers, and they will also attract new visitors to the shopping center.”

Pine Tree owns the property in partnership with New York-based Privet Investments, LLC and New York-based Silverpeak Real Estate Partners.
