JENNIFER COSTA STEPS INTO NEW ROLE AS PINE TREE’S EVP OF PROPERTY OPERATIONS.

NORTHBROOK, Ill. (January 28, 2022) – Pine Tree today announced several key promotions reflecting the company’s focus on building and maintaining a strong and dynamic team as it continues to expand its portfolio of necessity-based shopping centers across the country. Jennifer Costa was promoted to Executive Vice President, Property Operations; Brian Page was promoted to Vice President, Asset Management; Nick Kohlmann was promoted to Vice President, Portfolio Management; Jen Yao was promoted to Accounting Manager; Carrie Meng was promoted to Senior Property Accountant; and Patrick Fuller was promoted to Senior Analyst.

Jennifer Costa, a Pine Tree team member since 2005 and most recently EVP, Directory of Property Management, has played an integral role in the organization’s success for nearly 17 years. In the expanded role of EVP, Property Operations, Costa will leverage her expertise and leadership across a department that manages nearly $3.5 billion and approximately 20 million square feet of retail real estate nationwide.

Other recent promotions at Pine Tree included key players in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Accounting:

Brian Page, a Pine Tree team member since 2017 and most recently serving as Asset Manager, was promoted to Vice President, Asset Management. Page will continue to oversee the strategic performance of various assets in coordination with the company’s senior leadership and key stakeholders while continuing to onboard new assets from due diligence through acquisition.

Nick Kohlmann, a Pine Tree team member since 2020 and most recently Portfolio Manager, was promoted to Vice President, Portfolio Management. Kohlmann will continue to drive value at a portfolio level across many of the company’s open-air shopping centers while also leading disposition efforts to realize profits for our partners and investors.

Patrick Fuller, a Pine Tree team member since 2019 and most recently Financial Analyst, was promoted to Senior Analyst. Fuller will continue to support departmental efforts to drive asset value through regular and accurate reporting and other contributions to the development and integration of strategic property initiatives.

Jen Yao, a Pine Tree team member since 2018, was promoted to Accounting Manager. In her new role as Accounting Manager, she will oversee financial reporting for a portfolio of assets and well as lead internal training and development.

Carrie Meng, a Pine Tree team member since 2019, was promoted to Senior Property Accountant. In addition to taking on a larger role in corporate financial reporting, Meng will continue to perform financial reporting for a portfolio of properties.
