OAK BROOK, Ill. (January 19, 2024) – Oak Brook-based Pine Tree announced its promotion of Michael Slusky to Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing, and Alex Corno to Vice President, Leasing, reflecting the national retail real estate company’s focus on building and maintaining a strong and dynamic team as it grows its portfolio of shopping centers.
Slusky will continue to oversee Pine Tree’s leasing activity across the United States. He joined Pine Tree in 2021 and has since contributed significantly to the company’s growth and leasing performance. Prior to joining Pine Tree, Slusky served for 23 years at Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM). He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. During Slusky’s tenure, Pine Tree has executed over 1 million square feet of new leases.

Corno will continue to oversee leasing activities for a large portion of Pine Tree’s national portfolio of shopping centers. Before joining Pine Tree in 2020, Corno served at DDR Corp. (now SITE Centers [NYSE: SITC]). He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
